This information applies to consumers in the EU who buy digital products (for example recipe and starter kits as PDF downloads) from Yo(ur)-Crust through Payhip. The German version is the legally binding one.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

by a clear statement (for example a letter or an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund.
For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium (download), the right of withdrawal ends once we have started to provide the content, if you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and you confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). We ask for this agreement and confirmation during checkout, before you buy.
